An experienced multidisciplinary complementary therapist, specialising in advanced body work techniques including shiatsu, so-tai, se-tai, shin-tai, therapeutic massage and clinical aromatherapy, running several successful practices in the UK and China. Founder of ‘Shechina’, an Essential Oil Supply Company which provides superior quality oils for Professional therapists. Extensive training, advanced knowledge and experience in specialist subjects within the field of phyto-therapy & body work, lecturing at International level, both in the UK and China. Co-author and researcher of 3 books in the field of complementary medicine. An efficient and self-sufficient administrator with specific skills gained within extremely demanding environments such as the hospitality industry and finance.

Founder of an Essential Oil Supply Company which provides superior quality oils for therapists to use in their practice, with consideration to the end user (the client), and with care for the environment. This company is Practitioner only and supplies direct to practitioners and students in the field of Phyto-Medicine. Formulates and develops bespoke phyto-products of natural origin for both human and animal use

1987 – Present Private Complementary Medicine Practice

Developed a successful private complementary medicine practice, involving consultation, energetic diagnosis and Shin-Tai treatments with possible prescription of Nutritional Supplements, and Homoeopathic or Herbal Remedies.

Developing and teaching advanced post graduate courses for practitioners in Body Energetics. Exploring the importance of energy in both biomedical and CAM traditions and its relationship to the body in health and illness. Focusing more specifically on Five Element theory, energy imbalances and the effects on homoeostasis, the energetic properties of essential oils and their application in Aromatherapy. Applying theory to practice, looking at case studies – energetic approaches to individual presenting energetic imbalances.
